Copyright & Listing Removal

1. Business listing removal and correction

Most listings in this directory were compiled from the Overture Maps Foundation, an open map dataset published under CDLA Permissive 2.0, which permits commercial use and republication. Nobody at your business submitted it, and its being here does not imply any relationship with us.

You have three options, all free:

1. Claim it. Take ownership of the listing and edit it yourself — hours, photos, description, offers, contact details. Start from your business’s page in the directory.
2. Ask us to correct it. If something is simply wrong and you would rather not create an account, email us and we will fix it.
3. Ask us to remove it. We will take the listing down.

How to ask

Email support@imeaneverything.ai with:

• The business name and a link to its page here.
• What you want: correction (and what it should say) or removal.
• Enough for us to see you are connected to the business — an email at the business’s domain, or a message from the phone number or address already published on the listing.

We aim to respond within five business days. We will not demand incorporation documents or legal proof before acting on a removal request, and we will not ask you to buy anything.

2. Reporting copyright infringement

We respect copyright and expect the people using imeaneverything.ai to do the same. If you own the copyright in something posted here — a photograph, a piece of writing — and it was posted without your permission, tell us and we will remove it.

What to include

Send a notice to legal@imeaneverything.ai containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the work you say has been infringed.
3. A link to exactly where the infringing material is on this site, specific enough for us to find it.
4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.

What happens next

We will remove or disable access to the material and make a reasonable effort to tell the person who posted it, including passing on your notice.

If you think your content was removed by mistake

You may send a counter-notice to the same address, including your signature; identification of the removed material and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number, together with your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

If we receive a valid counter-notice we may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days, unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright.

3. Our own content

The design, software and compiled directory of imeaneverything.ai belong to Triforge LLC or its licensors. The underlying business location data comes from the Overture Maps Foundation under CDLA Permissive 2.0. Content posted by members belongs to those members — see section 6 of the Terms.
