Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Triforge LLC covering your use of imeaneverything.ai.

Effective August 29, 2026

The short version. Be honest, be decent to your neighbours, and only post things you have the right to post. You keep ownership of everything you write and photograph — you are just giving us permission to display it. We can remove content that breaks the rules, and you can leave whenever you like.

1. This agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Triforge LLC (“we”, “us”), covering imeaneverything.ai and everything on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines are part of this agreement.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. You must provide accurate registration information, keep your password to yourself, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@imeaneverything.ai if you think somebody else is using it.

We do not ask for your date of birth at signup, so this is a rule we enforce when a problem is reported rather than a check at the door. If we learn an account holder is under 13, we will remove the account.

3. What the service is

imeaneverything.ai is a directory of local businesses together with a community feed, events and job listings. Accounts and listings are free.

We are not a party to your dealings with any business. A listing is not a recommendation, an endorsement or a guarantee. If you hire, buy from or visit a business you found here, that is between you and them. Check credentials, licences and insurance yourself.

4. Listings, and the ones we imported

Most listings were compiled from a public open-data map source rather than created by their owners, and are published so residents can find local businesses. That information can be out of date or wrong. We do not warrant that any listing is accurate, current or complete.

If you own or represent a business, you may claim its listing free of charge to correct and control it, or ask us to remove it — see Copyright & Listing Removal. When you claim a listing you confirm you are authorised to act for that business. Claiming a business you have no connection to is a breach of these terms and we will reverse it.

5. What you agree not to do

  • Break the law, or use the site to help anyone else break it.
  • Post content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or that targets a person or group.
  • Impersonate anybody, or misrepresent your connection to a business.
  • Post content you do not own or have permission to use.
  • Write fake reviews or ratings, pay for them, incentivise them, or rate your own business or a competitor’s dishonestly.
  • Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages through the feed, comments or events.
  • Scrape, crawl or bulk-copy the directory, or use automated means to extract data from it.
  • Attempt to break, overload or bypass the security of the service, or access accounts or data that are not yours.
  • Upload malware, or files disguised as something they are not.
  • Collect other people’s personal information from the site.

6. Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you post — your words, your photos, your listing information. Posting it does not transfer it to us.

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting imeaneverything.ai, and to make the technical copies and resized versions needed to do that. The licence lasts while your content is on the site and ends when you delete it, except for copies already made by others and for backups that expire on their normal schedule.

Deliberately narrow. This licence does not let us sell your photos, put them in advertising for other companies, or hand them to a third party for their own use. Many platforms take a licence broad enough to do all three. We do not need it, so we do not ask for it.

You confirm you have the right to post what you post, and that it does not infringe anybody else’s rights.

7. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content or restrict an account that breaks these terms or the Community Guidelines. Where practical we will tell you why. Serious cases — impersonation, threats, illegal content, attacks on the service — may be actioned immediately and without notice.

Certain words are filtered automatically when content is saved. That filter is imprecise and sometimes catches legitimate business names. If it has altered yours, you can ask for a review from your business dashboard and a moderator will look at it.

We are not obliged to monitor content, and we do not pre-screen it. If you see something wrong, please report it.

8. Our own rights

The site’s name, design, software and the compiled directory are ours or our licensors’. These terms do not give you the right to use our branding, copy the site’s design, or extract and reuse the directory as a dataset.

10. Ending it

You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account — see the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that repeatedly or seriously breaks these terms, or where we are required to by law. If we close your account, sections 6 (for content already shared), 8, 11, 12 and 13 continue to apply.

If your account is closed, a business listing you had claimed may return to the directory as an unclaimed listing rather than being deleted, since the listing is part of the public directory.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that listings are accurate, or that any business, event or job posting is legitimate, safe or suitable. We do not vet businesses, verify licences or check insurance.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, in which case those exclusions do not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Triforge LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Triforge LLC against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from content you post, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state and federal courts located in Utah, and both you and we consent to that jurisdiction.

Before filing anything, please email legal@imeaneverything.ai. Most disputes can be resolved that way, and we would rather fix a problem than argue about it.

There is no forced-arbitration clause and no class-action waiver in these terms. Many comparable services include both. If that changes we will say so clearly and give notice before it takes effect.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change, and for material changes we will notify account holders. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

16. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive it. You may not transfer this agreement; we may transfer it as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.
